Mission Statement
Timberland Home Inspections LLC exists to provide our clients with non-biased, thorough, professional home inspections. My goal is to provide you with all of the information you need to make an informed decision, whether you are a buyer, seller or a home owner having a maintenance inspection. I will not be influenced by any other parties that may be involved with a real estate transaction. I will provide each client with a detailed inspection report that describes, in pictures and writing, all major components that make up a home. I will point out any significant findings that relate to safety or may have a major financial impact to the value of the property. I will take the time necessary to ensure that each client fully understands all areas of the home inspection report - whether that is on the day of the inspection, or any time in the future.
- I have over 10 years experience in the industrial maintenance field
- I have completed over 500 hours of home inspection training and continuing education
- I am a Certified Professional Inspector
- I am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors - the worlds largest home inspection association
- I conduct my inspections utilizing InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice
- I follow the InterNACHI Code of Ethics
- I have an eye for details and I am a problem solver
