My Promise To You
Choosing a home inspector that you can trust can be a daunting task. You likely will not see your home inspector face to face until the actual inspection. Different inspectors have numerous qualifications, experience, equipment, inspection reporting software and pricing. A thorough home inspection requires a lot work – not only at the actual inspection, but also leading up to and following the inspection. A home inspection relies heavily on the individual inspector. If you allow me to perform your inspection, I promise to give you my very best effort – not only at the inspection, but at any time after the inspection.
If I miss anything, InterNACHI will buy your home back and pay you whatever price you paid for the home - it's that simple. The Buy-Back Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing, and excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.
Buy Back Guarantee (Link will open in a new page)
If you're selling your home, let me inspect it before you even list it. A Move-In-Certified Seller Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. Take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates, avoid 11th-hour delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home for sale inspected now. If you allow me to inspect your home, I can offer your buyer the Buy-Back-Guarantee at no additional cost to you or the buyer! Your report will also include an aerial photo of your home (taken using a camera-mounted drone) in order to better market your home.
Every home inspection will include a free copy of Now That You've Had A Home Inspection, the home maintenance manual that includes tips for keeping your home safe and in top condition. It is nearly 100 pages and is my way of saying "Thank you for hiring Timberland Home Inspections."
